WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE ?
Our website, L'univers de Roxy, only accepts payment via PayPal and credit card.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ?
Right of withdrawal:
In accordance with article L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 working days from the date of delivery of his order, to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons, nor to pay penalties. Before any withdrawal, please contact customer service at marie.sellier25@outlook.fr indicating in the subject line "product return", for efficient processing of the return.
In the event of the return of all the products ordered, only the price of the product(s) purchased and the shipping costs will be refunded to the customer, with the exception of the return costs.

L'univers de Roxy reserves the right to refuse a return of products if they prove to be unsuitable for resale: damaged products, with signs of wear or use.
